Important Notes
1. Travelling in Tibet plateau still presents an enormous challenge for traveller who has not previous experience of high altitude. We strongly recommend taking out a travel insurance (including trip cancellation, interruption, rescue, medical treatment and more) from reliable insurance company.
2. You have to drive huge distance and prepare yourself for unchanged weather, inhospitable area, inhabited desert, high altitude, undesired food, bumpy road, and different customs. You must be physically fit to your trip.
3. If Participant are to cancel their expedition due to own physical fitness, or any other reason, and decide to withdraw prior to original trip schedule, CXMA takes all measures to book transport, hotel accommodation, airport transfer on request and own expenses.
4. We offer visa support since the application is approved. Participant may be asked to provide 2 passport size digital photographs, scanned copy of bio-page for this support.
5. You might be asked to provide us clearly scanned copy of bio-page of your passport, driving license, vehicle registration certificate bearing brand, size, weight, color, chassis number and engine number as well 4 pictures taken from front, rear and two sides.
6. Travel route, duration, entry and exit passes should be provided as soon as confirmation of your trip.
7. We reserve the right to adjust the quotation due to currency depreciation of more than 8%.
