Tailor-made Options
There are two routes on the western side of the peak. The Classic Route, located on the northernmost of the two snow and glacier slopes of Muztagh Ata. It is a straight forward climb without any technical section. There are some crevasses, but in general free of any danger.
On the more southern slope on the west side, there is the much less used traditional route. It is slightly longer, but equally easy. The crevasses danger lower, but as it is used by far less climbers. Snow shoes or skies are recommended as you have to battle deep snow. Traditional route costs 5% cheaper than the Classic route.
We can organize this climbing on a ‘tailor-made’ private basis for groups of friends, families, clubs, or any individuals. Depending on your climbing experience, you may take the self-led option.
Please contact us to discuss the itinerary and your preferred dates. We will then send you a quote, with no obligation.
